-The CEO will serve as one of the dedicated trip hosts, alongside another WUHU representative, splitting time between both resorts
-**Ground airport transportation is set only for the associated trip dates, guests looking to extend, arrive early or both will need to send in a written request 45 days before the trip to submit approval to transportation company. Additional fees may apply and at the discretion of the vendor
-Travel insurance is available for purchase through our vendor, Seven Corners, via our website
-Standard hotel incidental hold or charge may apply at check in
-Open to all travelers over the age of 21, regardless of gender
-*The $250 daily food and beverage credit per room for use across a selection of dining outlets
-No roommate pairing is available for this property. All guests must book with a guest
Pre-Departure Communication:
-Trip subgroup will be created approximately two months before this trip
-Our pre-departure meeting will take place around the one month to departure mark
-Group chat via WhatsApp will be created the week of the trip
-Trip leader either virtual or physical will be assigned within 60 days of arrival
Financial Terms:
Making a reservation signifies that you agree to all payment terms and conditions including but not limited to: all deposits, payments and sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing. The suggested tip amount is approx. $5-$10 to staff, drivers, waitresses, etc.
Itinerary:
The itinerary, infused with #TheWUHUWay and #TaeDay vibes, will be sent to all passengers within 30-45 days of departure, with additional details. Please note, itinerary is subject to change.

-Travelers requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are to advise via the booking notes, client intake form or email and understand any physical requirements of the activity they choose to participate in. Travelers are also responsible for researching itinerary activities to see if it is a good fit for participation. We want to make sure every guest is comfortable.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel docs including passport and vaccinations (if applicable) for their destination.
We’d like to advise all clients, travelers and guests traveling with and under WUHU, that you are agreeing to be prompt for each group event including day and evening activities. We provide all guests with specific instructions including times of each activity on the itinerary per day and it’s important we remain adherent to the time specified on our travel plan. In essence of fairness to all travelers, in the event you are not prepared for transportation pick up or drop off, or any other activities at the scheduled time, please note that the group will have to leave without you and you would be responsible for an incurred expense to either come back to get you or obtain your own transfer. In this case, we encourage you all to be prompt and ready at the scheduled time of the activity.
